Google Maps for iOS has Landed

It’s true. The Google Apps has finally hit the App Store.

First impressions – it’s nice.

Google has managed to keep the look and feel consistant across all platforms including Apple’s iOS with some solid code. After a few minutes exploring the new release I found the app felt like the original Maps (before the app was pulled from the defaults included in iOS) with a much cleaner style.
